Referred to Shamrock by a trusted friend/contractor. Dixie was fantastic on the phone. Asked all of the correct questions walking me through where to find the information she needed. She had me send pictures and was able to schedule the technicians for the next day. Henry and Ashton had a little trouble coming into town, they had a blowout. Dixie called to tell me. The guys made it around 3 PM and started immediately. Had to drain our big water heater but, they were done and cleaned up by 5. Super nice all around and we have hot water now! Thanks to Shamrock.

Ashton & Henry did an excellent job changing out the hose bib, it had been leaking badly. Ashton put on a new spicket and changed the internal sleeve that had seized up. They had the job done in about 20 mins. The cost was exceptionally reasonable, less than I had expected with today's service industry rates. I had never used Shamrock Plumbing before but they were highly recommended to me by a trusted friend. Based on this service experience I will undoubtedly use them again should the need arise and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Shamrock. The first was for my tankless water heater replacement. Each time has been a great experience. Henry replaced four check valves on a recirculating hot water pump line that were chattering. Only took him an hour. He and his partner were very quick and cleaned up after they were done. No more chattering! Shamrock does excellent work and is very punctual. I highly recommend them.

Henry and Ashton came out twice within three days to clean, check, and repair our two units. (The second time was to replace the entire air vent on one unit as they found it to be full of mud dauber nests). They were exceptionally competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. After receiving a $4,000+ bid from another plumber to replace our under counter kitchen sink (we had all the new parts, this was just labor), we called Shamrock. I had always heard that Shamrock plumbing was good to do business with, so called them and a couple of other businesses to get a quote. Dixie was very helpful with information and getting us scheduled. Lloyd got there within the scheduled window, finished the job within an hour, and answered my questions about maintaining the backflow preventer during hard freezes. The whole experience was great.👍😊
